Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Social Work Clinician III to provide clinical and casework services with person-centered recovery planning. You will collaborate with multiple services and agencies and may supervise unlicensed staff.

This Fontana, CA-based role offers on-call shifts; starting wage range is $36.03–$44.50 per hour, with geographic differentials. Employment includes comprehensive benefits and required clearances.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, psychology, or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of direct service experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Licensure (LCSW) required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR, CPI, and First Aid certifications required on date of employment or within 30 days.
• Post-offer physical and background checks required; driver license and auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Independently provides clinical and casework services to members served and natural supports.
• Involves person-centered recovery planning and collaboration with other services and agencies.
• May act as a clinical supervisor of unlicensed staff.
