Job summary

Telecare's Merrill Center Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Fontana, CA seeks a Social Work Clinician III to deliver clinical and casework services, pursue person-centered recovery planning, and collaborate with other services. May supervise unlicensed staff.

The on-call role offers shifts with variable days; starting wage range is $36.03 - $44.50 per hour, with geographic differentials. Requirements include a Master's in Social Work or Psychology, two years of direct behavioral health

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, psychology, or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years of direct service experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Licensure (LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, LPCC, QMHP, QMHA).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certification on date of employment or within 60 days and maintain certification.
• Post-offer physical examination, TB test, background clearances, and licensing verification are required; driver license and vehicle insurance may be required.
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use personal and/or company vehicle to drive clients; weekly mileage reimbursement at IRS rate.

Responsibilities

• The Social Work Clinician III independently provides clinical and casework services to members served and natural supports.
• Involves person centered recovery planning and collaboration with other services and agencies.
• May act as a clinical supervisor of unlicensed staff.
