Telecare Corporation is seeking a Social Work Clinician II to provide clinical and casework services under licensed clinician supervision in Riverside County CSU. You will contribute to recovery planning and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individual and group therapy.

Requirements include an MSW and licensure progress, at least 1 year of direct service with severe mental illness, and certifications such as CPR, CPI, and First Aid. On-call shifts may be available as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work and licensure progress with the Board of Behavioral Science

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and evaluate Recovery Plans with the treatment team.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships under clinical supervision.
• Coordinate care with outside agencies for ongoing treatment.
• Document all treatment thoroughly and consistently.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.
• Assist with crisis prevention training as required.
