Job summary

Telecare Corporation in California is seeking a Social Work Clinician III to independently provide clinical and casework services to members and natural supports. The role includes person-centered recovery planning and potential supervision of unlicensed staff.

Shifts available: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, with minimum compensation $38.23–$50.00 per hour plus 5% weekend differential. Starting wage is based on experience; position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, psychology, or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years of direct service experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Licensure (LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LPCC).
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 30 days and maintain current certification throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, group and individual clinical service, case coordination, and documentation.
• Independently completes clinical assessments.
• Establishes and maintains a therapeutic relationship with members served.
• Coordinates ongoing treatment within the program and with outside agencies.
• Provides individual and group therapy.
• Documents all treatment provided in a thorough and consistent manner.
• Collaborates with other staff in the discharge planning process and makes linkages to community services for members served.
• Actively participates in multidisciplinary team meetings and recovery planning meetings.
