Job summary

A leading IT support company is seeking an On-Call IT Field Technician to support a range of technical needs for residential and small business customers. The role involves troubleshooting PCs, Macs, and printers with a flexible schedule and competitive pay of $40–$45 per hour. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in field IT support and the ability to work independently. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel over 20 miles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field IT support experience, including computer and printer work.
• Must have personal tools like bootable USB and screwdriver set.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on Windows and macOS systems.
• Resolve boot errors, OS issues, and login problems.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide basic post-service support.
