Job summary

You will perform PMs and repairs, read drawings, and select materials for service tasks. The role requires five+ years in HVAC/R, CFC Universal Certification, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the capacity to respond to alarm calls after hours.

Qualifications

• Five+ years HVAC/R experience required.
• CFC Universal Certification required.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance fundamentals.
• Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must respond to alarm calls during off-hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operating at a journeyman level, performs a variety of complex services in specialized building system areas such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC and Refrigeration including maintenance, repair, and operation.
• Performs a variety of mechanical, electrical and refrigeration service work including PM and Repair, in a truck route service environment covering a portfolio of buildings for a single client.
• Plans, selects, and lays out required materials for service and repair work.
• Works from drawings, schematics, blueprints, job layouts or verbal instructions and operates a variety of tools and equipment incidental to operations.
• Requisitions new supplies and equipment.
• Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Requires off-hour on-call and emergency response.
