Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect HVAC systems for performance issues and safety risks.
• Identify leaks and faulty parts using diagnostic tools.
• Inspect system controls and safety features to identify root causes of issues.
• Check airflow and system pressures for preventative maintenance.
• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Manage work orders in Team Dynamix.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear protective equipment when needed.
• Be on-call for emergencies as scheduled.
