Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance tasks in an apartment development.
• Ability to function in an on-call capacity and reliable transportation required.
• Knowledge of REAC and other regulatory inspections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responds to work orders, ensures preventative maintenance scheduling is up to date.
• Conducts quarterly inspections with the Property Manager.
• Performs plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
