Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance tasks.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Knowledge in REAC and regulatory inspections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and follow up with residents.
• Insure preventative maintenance scheduling is up to date.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry repairs.
• Conduct quarterly inspections with PM.
