Job summary

Valencia Group is seeking a part-time Restaurant Server for on-call shifts in Arlington, TX. You will help prepare the dining area for breakfast, greet guests, and ensure a smooth, friendly dining experience while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

You will support a busy team, assist with training, and coordinate with front desk and housekeeping as needed. Previous hotel/restaurant breakfast service and POS familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality or customer service coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining area for breakfast service; greet and serve guests; monitor and manage inventory; maintain cleanliness and safety; process payments and close checks.
• Greet guests warmly on arrival; respond to requests; handle complaints; assist with accommodations and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Support team during busy periods; train new hires; provide guidance and feedback; participate in pre-shift meetings.
• Maintain open communication with kitchen and service staff; relay feedback and inventory issues; document shift activities; coordinate with front desk and housekeeping.
• Follow health regulations; ensure equipment safety; observe food safety and sanitation guidelines.
