• Set up the restaurant and open at shift start; keep the area clean and attractive throughout service.
• Provide friendly hosting and attentive service; upsell food & beverage.
• Know the menu and speak knowledgeably; handle cash/credit accurately.
• Follow safety and security policies; escalate issues as needed.
