Job summary

Valencia Hotel Group in College Station, TX is looking for a Buffet Attendant/Barista to manage the breakfast buffet and coffee service area, delivering exceptional guest service in a busy hotel setting.

You will set up and maintain presentation, replenish items, prepare coffee beverages, assist with room service orders, and ensure cleanliness and food safety, with early mornings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Food handling knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility in scheduling based on business demands.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests, maintaining a visible and approachable presence.
• Proactively assist guests with questions, directions, hotel services, and local recommendations.
• Demonstrate ownership by resolving guests and associate concerns professionally, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
