Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. seeks an On-Call Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes across Territory Tarrant and Parker County. The position supports coordination with the interdisciplinary team and on-call coverage during evenings and weekends. Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license.
• Current state RN license and driver’s license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in hospice or home health preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer skilled nursing care in clients' residences.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team, patient, family, and referral sources.
• Coordinate on-call responsibilities as needed.
