Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking an on-call Registered Nurse (RN) for weekends to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes within the Richardson, TX area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state license as an RN and valid driver’s license.
• Two years’ RN experience in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide effective support to patients and families.
• Demonstrate nursing practice skills, coping with family emotional stress and diverse lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their place of residence.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
• Assume responsibility for coordination of care.
