Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR/BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice patient care after-hours and weekends as needed.
• Help patients spend time with loved ones and activities they enjoy.
• Build trust and educate families on care and coping strategies.
• Support caregivers to maximize patient comfort during after-hours.
