Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide hospice patient care after-hours and weekend as needed
- Enable patients to spend time with loved ones and activities
- Build trusting relationships with patients and families
- Educate caregivers on care for loved one
- Support patient comfort and coping during after-hours
