Job summary

Qualifications

• Florida RN license required or in process.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to census and referrals during after-hours shifts.
• Perform urgent physical and psychosocial assessments and determine interventions.
• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care and pain/symptom control.
• Document care thoroughly and timely; update records.
• Coordinate with physicians and IDG members; obtain orders as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors and community resources for after-hours needs.
• Participate in mandatory meetings and ongoing education.
