Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking on-call Hospice Nurses to join our team servicing the Macomb, Oakland and Wayne County areas. You will triage calls, visit patients, perform tuck-ins and admissions as needed, with 7 days on/off shifts.

Qualified candidates have a current Michigan RN license in good standing and hospice experience is preferred. Empathy and organization are essential to support patients and caregivers in a dynamic on-call environment.

Our On-Call Nurse will Triage patient calls, make patient visits, preform tuck-ins, and do Admissions as needed.

• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a on call basis
