Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate Hospice On Call Nurses to join our Saginaw area team in Michigan. Positions available 7on/7off, Monday-Thursday or weekends, offering on-call shifts with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include triaging calls, performing patient visits, admissions as needed, and participating in field visits. Michigan RN license required; hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing.
• Hospice experience 1 year preferred but not required.
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers.
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated.
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a on call basis.

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding position as an on-call Hospice On Call Nurse? We are searching for compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized and efficient professionals with Hospice experience to become part of our Hospice Family for the Saginaw, Bay City, Midland areas!

Our On-Call RN will Triage patient calls, make patient visits, preform tuck-ins, and do Admissions as needed.
