Job summary

St. Joseph Hospice is hiring a Full-Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) in Alexandria, LA. The role requires an active Louisiana RN license, CPR certification, and experience in home health or hospice.

You will visit patients at their homes and follow a 7 days on / 7 days off on-call rotation from 4:30 pm to 8:00 am, with EMR system usage and mileage requirements. Benefits include ESOP ownership, competitive pay, health/dental/vision & life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), generous PTO,

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in Louisiana.
• Current CPR certification.
• Make patient visits at their place of residence.
• 7 days on 7 days off call rotation 4:30 pm-8 am.
• Knowledge of EMR is required.
• Previous Home Health or Hospice experience needed.
• Compassionate RN with great time management skills.
• 50-70 mile driving radius.
