Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse License in Hawaiʻi.
• 3 years of experience as a staff nurse in an acute hospital or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing support during after-hours.
• Conduct home visits and telephone assessments.
• Document all calls, visits, and orders per Hospice Hawaiʻi protocol.
• Coordinate with Attending physicians and Medical Director as needed.
• Communicate with the Patient Care Manager to escalate complex situations.
