Responsibilities

• Adheres to all liquor regulations and company policy.
• Sets up bars, stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice and supplies.
• Maintains garnishes, juices and perishables for quality.
• Greets guests courteously and takes drink orders.
• Prepares, garnishes and serves drinks per recipes; controls portions.
• Checks IDs and handles cash transactions and vouchers.
• Locks up beverages and secures cash drops; cleans work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
