Job summary

Atlanta Athletic Club is seeking event bartenders to set up, serve, and breakdown bars at events while delivering exceptional service to members and guests. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attentiveness, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor.

Shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires at least 1 year in Food & Beverage, 18 years of age with a valid pouring permit, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Proficient in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays of food and beverages and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the mission and uphold the core values of the Atlanta Athletic Club (AAC) through dedicated service.
• Warmly greet each member and their guests with a smile and a welcoming attitude.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all beverage selections.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all member requests are met promptly and professionally.
• Keep the service area clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift.
• Foster a spirit of teamwork by assisting fellow staff members on the floor and with side duties.
• Develop proficiency in the Jonas POS system to ensure seamless service.
• Complete all required opening and closing side work during each shift.
• Offer support to other departments and assist with club functions or special events as needed.
• Resolve member issues promptly and effectively.
