Job summary

Northern Quest is seeking a dedicated Courtesy Vehicle Operator to transport guests, team members, and trainees between resort locations and airports. You will follow assigned schedules, assist with luggage and mobility needs, and ensure safety and confidentiality standards are met.

As part of the casino resort team, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, maintain vehicle records, and coordinate with base to minimize delays while delivering four-star service to guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Comfortable driving in varied environments and weather.
• Ability to assist guests with mobility and luggage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest, trainee, or staff between locations as scheduled.
• Transport passengers to airports or other destinations as assigned.
• Assist passengers with wheelchairs and luggage, securing seating as required.
• Maintain records of trips, fuel, and vehicle issues.
• Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and hotel/casino policies.
• Report disruptions and equipment concerns to base or supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain service standards.
• Maintain attendance and protect company assets.
