Job summary

Boyne Resorts is seeking a friendly Shuttle Driver to provide safe transport between parking areas and resort locations at Snoqualmie. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, courteous guest service, and maintaining clean interiors.

Must hold a valid WA license with a clean record, pass a background check, and be able to work weekends/holidays in varying weather conditions. Includes sick time accrual and access to Ally Health benefits; 401(k) with discretionary match applies after hours

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid WA driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also taking direction effectively.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with company policy.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and adaptable to varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate shuttle vehicles in high-traffic, snowy, or low-visibility conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for guests and staff between designated resort locations, parking areas, and base facilities.
• Follow all traffic laws, resort regulations, and departmental protocols while operating the shuttle.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation; report any maintenance concerns immediately to the Vehicle Maintenance Department.
• Keep shuttle interiors clean and presentable throughout the shift; perform basic cleaning and restocking tasks as needed.
• Remain flexible with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, split shifts, or early/late hours based on resort operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly, professional, and approachable attitude at all times.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading gear, strollers, or luggage as needed, ensuring accessibility for all passengers, including those with mobility challenges.
