Western States Lodging & Management is seeking a Driver to provide safe, dependable, and welcoming transportation for residents, guests, and associates. You’ll transport to appointments, airports, and local destinations while ensuring a positive experience from pickup to drop-off.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional service, adherence to schedules, and helping passengers with mobility needs. A strong commitment to safety and customer care is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for the state in which you will be working.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Previous professional driving, transportation, hospitality, senior living, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents, guests, or other passengers to scheduled destinations.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service throughout each trip.
• Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle as appropriate.
• Help with luggage, packages, mobility devices, doors, and other transportation needs.
• Complete scheduled pickups, drop-offs, errands, and delivery assignments in a timely manner.
• Follow designated routes, schedules, traffic laws, and company transportation procedures.
• Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of assigned vehicles.
• Report vehicle maintenance, safety, or mechanical concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate mileage, trip, inspection, or transportation records as required.
• Protect passenger privacy and confidential information.
• Communicate professionally with passengers, families, guests, associates, and supervisors.
