Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers and interpret procedures.
• Available to work on-call during nights/weekends and company events.
• Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods.
• Able to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and navigate elevation changes.
• Frequent need to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, push/pull, and navigate difficult terrain.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and litter from property grounds.
• Sweep and pressure wash pathways and buildings.
• Perform basic gardening and weeding.
• Wipe down and clean windows and common furniture.
• Complete general maintenance tasks related to household, building, and grounds repairs.
