Qualifications

• One year of groundskeeping experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail with ability to work independently.
• Driver's license and automobile insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and keep exterior areas clean.
• Clean offices and amenity spaces within the property.
• Remove trash from common areas and operate trash compactor.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings and breezeways as needed.
• Perform minor maintenance like light bulb changes and pool upkeep.
• Assist with turnover of make-ready apartments.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Follow safety and Fair Housing policies at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
