Qualifications

• Must communicate in English with customers and staff.
• On-call nights/weekends and events required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods.
• Comfortable navigating stairs and uneven terrain.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and litter from property grounds.
• Sweep and pressure wash pathways and buildings.
• Perform basic gardening and weeding tasks.
• Clean windows and common furniture.
• Complete general maintenance tasks on house, building, and grounds.
