Job summary

Royale Company is seeking an on-call floater to staff front desk shifts at luxury residential buildings across Boston. Shifts vary and include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. You will be contacted as shifts come up and you confirm availability.

You are the face of the building, greeting residents and guests, logging deliveries, coordinating access, and maintaining a professional lobby. Training is provided for building software and processes.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or similar roles.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Weekend and holiday availability, depending on shift.
• Background check required (at our cost)?

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests and manage visitor access.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access.
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized and presentable.
• Monitor the entrance and report issues to management.
• Maintain records in the building software (training provided).
