Royale Company in New York City is seeking a building ambassador to greet residents, guests and visitors with warmth and a professional demeanor. You will manage visitor access, log packages, and help keep the lobby organized.

This role features fixed evening and overnight shifts, weekend coverage, and a clear growth path into superintendent, building manager, and operations roles. Training is provided along with health insurance, commuter benefits, and a uniform.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or similar roles.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Weekend and holiday availability, depending on shift.
• Background check required (at our cost).

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests and manage visitor access.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access.
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized and presentable.
• Monitor the entrance and report issues to management.
• Maintain records in the building software (training provided).
