Action Property Management is hiring part-time On-Call Front Desk Associates to support the San Diego area, greeting residents and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Shifts vary; you choose hours such as 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or 11:00 AM-7:30 PM, with a minimum of 6 shifts per month.

Compensation is $21 per hour, $27 on observed holidays, and you’ll help with front desk operations across luxury associations.

Qualifikationen

• Greeting residents, guests and visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Maintain the appearance of the Front Desk, Lobby, and main elevators.
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control.
• Provide concierge services to residents and guests.
• Receive and distribute resident parcels.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Understand and communicate about the association's governing documents.

• Keep the Front Desk area tidy and organized.
