William Douglas Management is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Front Desk Floater to provide on-call, as-needed coverage at Adesso Homeowners Association. This part-time role reports to the Community Manager and fills in for staff absences and scheduling gaps on weekdays and weekends.

Shifts may vary with no fixed schedule, and short-notice coverage is possible. The floater will be contacted as needs arise, including weekend coverage for both day and evening slots.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service, reception, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Prior experience working directly with clients, residents, or guests required.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a strong customer service focus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the front desk and lobby, maintaining a welcoming and secure environment.
• Greet and assist homeowners, residents, visitors, and service providers professionally.
• Follow building access procedures and log visitors, packages, and deliveries.
