Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a motivated maintenance technician in Nebraska to repair and service a range of food processing equipment. The role requires willingness to work off-shift hours, overtime, and be on call as needed.

You will perform preventative maintenance, clean and service machines, lubricate moving parts, and troubleshoot pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic systems. Collaboration with the plant team is essential to minimize downtime and ensure production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and service on machines.
• Thoroughly clean machines and parts, removing and reinstalling components as needed.
• Oil and lubricate moving parts to ensure performance.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic problems and repair as required.
• Install replacement belts, filters, gears, chains, and valves.
• Enter work orders and track work in an electronic maintenance system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with plant manager and production team on status of maintenance projects.
• Assist with modifications and test runs and adjust as needed.
