Qualifications

• Live within Swanzey, New Hampshire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pass NFPA 1582 wellness evaluation successfully.
• Within 12 months of hire, complete State of New Hampshire Firefighter One certification.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls.
• Extinguish fires and safeguard lives and property.
• Operate and maintain fire equipment and facilities.
• Perform other crucial community safety tasks.
