Gallaher Signature Living – Park View Place in Covina, CA is seeking a courteous Server to deliver refined dining to residents, families, and guests. You will provide attentive service, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming, boutique hospitality environment across our memory care and assisted living communities.

The role requires knowledge of menus, wine and beverage service, and proper tray service, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS systems.
• Willingness to learn assisted living operations and dementia awareness.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Food Handler and First Aid/CPR certification possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide refined, courteous meal service to residents, families, and guests.
• Open, pour, and serve wine and beer following guidelines.
• Enter orders into POS system and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support with table setup, reset, and service etiquette.
• Assist with meal delivery to resident apartments as needed.
• Engage with residents warmly and address questions professionally.
