Job summary

LifeLink Foundation in Georgia seeks a Family Care Coordinator to support organ and tissue donation efforts. You will evaluate hospital referrals, apply policies, and coordinate with LifeLink staff to offer donation options to families.

This role requires a minimum of two years in a related field, clinical or social services experience, and a valid driver’s license. The job includes 24/7 on-call rotation and regular automobile or air travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a related field.
• Experience in a medical environment or social services is preferred.
• Clinical degree/certification preferred.
• Current driver license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital referrals to evaluate donor suitability.
• Interview next-of-kin and document consent per policy.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation; travel may be required.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and LifeLink teams.
