Job summary

LifeLink Foundation is seeking a Tissue Recovery Coordinator in Norcross, GA to support organ and tissue donation. You will apply sterile technique and surgical expertise to recover tissue and bone for transplantation, serve as primary and case coordinator, and collaborate across teams in a mission-driven nonprofit.

You will coordinate donor cases, manage on-call duties, train staff, and ensure compliance with LifeLink standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or licensure as RN/PA/MT with 2 years tissue banking experience
• Associates degree in Allied Science (ORT, EMT, CST) with 4 years experience and AATB certification
• Surgical technology training or equivalent program completed
• Manual dexterity to perform surgical technique in procurement

Responsibilities

• Adheres to LifeLink Foundation Tissue Bank Standards and Procedures.
• Case Coordinator duties including aseptic technique and operating room coordination.
• Coordinate donor transportation and case staffing; ensure compliance with case activity.
• Oversee per diem staff as primary coordinator and provide documentation and follow‑through.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, supplies, and instrumentation for procurement.
