Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC in Sandy Springs, GA seeks a Service Technician to assist in maintaining residential facilities and grounds for safety and curb appeal. EPA certification required; must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

You will support the Maintenance Supervisor with repairs in vacant apartments, perform preventive maintenance, handle on-call emergencies, and contribute to interior painting using hand and power tools and HVAC-related tasks.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience at an apartment community and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be results oriented and a self-starter. Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Must be mechanically inclined with knowledge of basic plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical procedures.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents in a prompt and professional manner.
• Provides repair work on vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Assists Service Supervisor in completing projects.
• Completes service requests in a timely manner.
• Completes preventive maintenance checklist.
• Performs on-call duty for emergency or when assigned.
• Interior painting of buildings and amenities.
