Responsibilities

Maintain campus buildings and facilities to ensure safe, functional operation.
Assist residents and associates with work orders and basic renovations.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems using hand and power tools.
Dismantle and replace defective parts and fixtures, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Adhere to safety policies and participate in required training and on-call shifts.
