Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance program and repairs.

• Keep accurate records on utilities, systems, and equipment.
• refurbish vacated apartments timely and document work.
• Create and maintain maintenance schedules and budgets.
• Respond to work requests promptly and document repairs.
• Assist in facility grounds maintenance and safety compliance.
• Available on call to aid in emergencies.
