Responsibilities

• Adheres to residents' dignity, privacy, independence, and choice.
• Performs maintenance support across the facility.
• Detects and reports unsafe conditions to the Director.
• Maintains and repairs walls, furniture, cabinets, windows, doors/locks.
• Stocks maintenance supplies.
• Keeps area clean and follows safety regulations.
• Responds to emergencies per training.
• Other duties as assigned.
