Responsibilities

• Oversee building and grounds maintenance.
• Ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.
• Lead and supervise maintenance staff and housekeeping to ensure cleanliness.
• Respond to emergency repairs on call.
• Maintain records of utilities, systems and equipment.
• Refurbish vacated apartments per procedures.
