Job summary

Homebase, Inc. is seeking on-call catering and events staff to support weddings, corporate meetings, and other large-scale events. This part-time role offers flexible hours and requires reliable transportation.

Responsibilities include setting up spaces, serving guests, assisting with food prep, and maintaining cleanliness and equipment. Candidates should be open to weekends and holidays and able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required.
• Open to working weekends, holidays and offset hours.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and a team-player attitude.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and carry trays of food.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces according to client specifications.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with food preparation, as needed.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all items.
• Ensure proper use and storage of all equipment.
• Assist fellow team members to maintain positive working relationships.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
• Lift up to 20 lbs.
