Job summary

Julies Culinary Services LLC is seeking Catering Staff and Bartenders for social events and weddings. This part-time role offers varying afternoon/evening/weekend hours.

You will assist the event supervisor, set up venues, arrange buffets, serve guests, and help maintain high service standards. Candidates should be reliable, have access to transportation, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Lifts and transports up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation
• Walks and stands during entire shift
• Able to communicate effectively with event supervisor, guests and teammates
• Restaurant, Kitchen or Catering experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist event supervisor in the serving of guests during events to ensure positive guest experience
• Set up venue as requested by the event supervisor to include furniture, glassware, service ware, linens, etc.
• Set up buffets with food presentation standards and practices in mind, ensuring safe food handling
• Quickly remove dishes as guests finish at the end of each meal or function and check with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Clean up venue after event ends and assist with other closeout tasks
• Loading & Unloading Vehicles
• Always on time, appropriately dressed and ready to perform required duties
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned
