Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide direction of staff during assigned events.
• Coordinate with clients, caterers, and staff to ensure event success.
• Enforce health, safety and facility regulations.
• Prepare event reports and notes for incoming shifts.
• Respond to emergencies, complaints, and inquiries.
• Assist with usher, ticket taker, crowd director, and traffic management roles.
