Job summary

SP+ in Sacramento is seeking Special Events Attendants to deliver friendly, efficient customer service at sports and entertainment events. You will handle payments, guide guests, and help manage traffic through gates while maintaining a neat appearance and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

• Availability to work special shift requirements, including 3rd shift and weekends, may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Courteously assist customers by answering their questions.
• Deliver quality customer service, receive payment for parking services, and manage gate traffic.
• Arrive on time in a neat, clean uniform for every shift.
• Give directions and inform customers of locations in the city.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
• Maintain awareness of spills and debris and communicate with supervisors.
• Learn each Special Event location and its requirements.
• Count starting cash at shift start and maintain cash integrity.
• Collect cash and coupons and issue receipts or tickets.
• Verify shift transactions and complete cashier reports.
