Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for multiple 24-hour residential homes.

• Maintain staffing schedules and ensure minimum staffing requirements are met.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, managers, and direct support staff.
• Document scheduling changes accurately.
• Assist with after-hours staffing issues while maintaining company policies.
