on weekdays and weekend coverage. Ideal candidates are solution-focused, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring our homes remain safely staffed so the individuals we support continue receiving high-quality care.

Schedule

• Primary hours: 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
• Weekend coverage required
• Additional on-call support as needed
