Trinity Consultants is seeking an On-Call Environmental Compliance Monitor to support projects in southern Arizona, based in Tucson. The role involves observing construction activities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and project-specific plans, conducting site inspections, documentation, and reporting findings to project management.

Strong knowledge of environmental laws and field readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an environmental field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental or related discipline.
• 3+ years in supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Experience developing business relationships and acquiring new clients.
• Expertise in local, state, and federal environmental laws and regulations.
• Experience in consulting environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members through performance management including conducting performance reviews, identifying appropriate training, and implementing corrective action plans.
• Help identify staffing needs and assist with new employee evaluation and hiring processes.
• Recommend, develop, and schedule staff training programs.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedule, and budget in alignment with contract terms and conditions.
• Provide support to Environmental Project Managers in developing and managing their projects.
• Develop and/or review technical products to insure they are accurate and of exemplary quality.
• Set business development goals and provide recommendations on go/no-go assessments.
• Assist in growing department revenue through business development and process efficiency.
